A Texas grown French/Italian grape that produces a crisp, light-bodied dry white with subtitle notes of pineapple, fresh lemon, green apple, white peach and stone minerality.
2019 Blanc du Bois (Off-Dry)
Our latest addition to our Blanc wines, for those of you that enjoy just a slight bit of sweetness to your white wine – only 1% residual sugar. Extra yummy and very easy drinking.
2018 Blanc du Bois (Sweet)
A true Texas wine made from our Estate grown grapes. This is the “sweeter sister” to our Off-Dry. With 5% residual sugar it is sure to please the sweet wine lovers.
Rosé
2019 Montepulciano Rosé (Off-Dry)
This Texas grown Italian favorite produces a medium-bodied wine that draws you in with it’s bright and pleasing floral aromas. Flavors of kiwi, wild strawberry and honey provide a persistent fruity finish on the palate.
Reds
2022 Cabernet Sauvignon (Dry)
Cabernet Sauvignon big and bold and 100% Texas. It’s a full-bodied wine with aromas of red berry fruit with flavors of dark chocolate and round tannins lingering on the palate.
2022 Sangiovese (Dry)
Back by popular demand, our 2022 Sangiovese is a true crowd pleaser. A Texas grown Italian red grape native to Tuscany is fruit forward with hints of strawberry. Good tannins, bold, aged in whiskey barrels with a slight toasted finish.
2020 Black Spanish/Lenoir (Dry)
A weighty-dark Texas red wine deep in color and intensity. Surprisingly wild character, with jammy flavors including black current, cherry, boysenberry and elderberry.
2022 Black Spanish/Lenoir (Semi-Sweet)
Following in the footsteps of our very popular 2018, this medium-bodied Texas wine is deep in color and intensity with flavors of black cherry, boysenberry, elderberry, blackberry, plum, and spice. Good served slightly chilled.
2022 Black Spanish/Lenoir (Sweet, port-style)
Rounding out our Black Spanish family, is our NEW port-style fortified dessert wine. Its beautiful garnet color precedes intense flavors of black cherry with subtle hints of boysenberry, elderberry, and blackberry. A gentle spice finish rounds out your tasting experience.
