2018 Blanc du Bois  (Dry)              

This delightful dry white has been cold fermented to retain its natural aromas and slightly oaked to give it a smooth, buttery finish.  It combines hints of cream, vanilla, and tropical citrus.

2019 Blanc du Bois (Off-Dry)               

Our latest addition to our Blanc wines, for those of you that enjoy just a slight bit of sweetness to your white wine – only 1% residual sugar.  Extra yummy and very easy drinking.

2018 Blanc du Bois (Semi-Sweet)                

Our offering from our Estate grown Blanc with only 3.5% residual sugar.  This semi-sweet wine is “perfect for the porch” on those hot Texas summer days.

2018 Blanc du Bois (Sweet)                

A true Texas wine made from our Estate grown grapes.  This is the “sweeter sister” to our semi-sweet.  With 5% residual sugar it is sure to please the sweet wine lovers.

Rosé

2019 Montepulchiano Rosé (Off-Dry)                

This Texas grown Italian favorite produces a medium-bodied wine that draws you in with it’s bright and pleasing floral aromas.  Flavors of kiwi, wild strawberry and honey provide a persistent fruity finish on the palate.   

Reds

2018 Cabernet Sauvignon (Dry)                

Big and bold and 100% Texas.  It’s a full-bodied wine with aromas of red berry fruit with flavors of dark chocolate and round tannins lingering on the palate.

2019 Sangiovese (Dry)                

An Italian red grape native to Tuscany.  Fruit forward with hints of strawberry. Good tannins, bold, aged in whiskey barrels with a slight toasted finish.

2018 Black Spanish/Lenoir (Off-Dry)                

A medium-bodied Texas wine deep in color and intensity with flavors of black cherry, boysenberry, elderberry, blackberry, plum, and spice.  1% residual sugar.

2018 Black Spanish/Lenoir (Semi-Sweet) 

This medium-bodied Texas wine is deep in color and intensity with flavors of black cherry, boysenberry, elderberry, blackberry, plum, and spice. Also good served slightly chilled.  3.5% residual sugar.
